Amplify PR provides a highly dedicated PR service to small and medium-sized businesses in Hampshire and elsewhere in the UK. We work hard for our clients to raise the profile of their brand and help them gain more customers.

Our business clients are all very different and cover a wide range of industries. We do the PR and content marketing for B2B and B2C companies, and the businesses we work for range from start-ups to established SMEs. We do however have one specialist industry and that is the education sector.

Clients experience a team that takes pride in its work and delivers the highest level of service on every assignment. We are calm, can-do professionals with bags of industry expertise. We genuinely want our clients to succeed.

Amplify PR strives to build strong relationships with our clients and many have retained us for a number of years. We put the customer first, work hard and deliver what we promise.


Amplify PR works with a wide network of talented and experienced freelance associates who work flexibly to deliver its services for clients. All members of the team are trusted and highly effective, fulfilling work of a high standard.

They are chosen because they are great at what they do. Our flexible approach means that we can always source and assign the best person to deliver your brief; bringing you the finest talent, only when you need it.

All clients have the Director of Amplify PR as their account manager. Lisa personally undertakes your work and coordinates the efforts of our experienced freelancers assigned to your brief; you do not commission Amplify PR and then end up with a junior account manager.

Lisa Preston

Lisa is the Founder and Director of Amplify PR. She is an award-winning specialist with more than 20 years of experience in public relations, marketing and journalism. Lisa is a former BBC journalist and has led communications and marketing departments in higher education.

Public Relations

Becky Attwood

Becky writes press releases, editorial and works hard to gain clients news coverage. She knows what makes a good story, which news angle to use, where to pitch it and what images and video are needed to make the story fly. Becky is a former newspaper journalist with communications experience in higher education and the NHS.

Creative design & branding

Fran Gibson

Fran has more than 20 years experience as a graphic designer and takes on all our branding, print and digital design projects. She has excellent attention to detail and creates compelling visuals that are on brand and create the right impression. Fran designs logos and creates a visual identity that reflects the business and tells their story.

Video Creative

Julian Arriens

Julian is a trained and experienced video content producer. With over 20 years of experience with the major UK TV networks and big ad agencies, he brings some refined storytelling and editing skills to the table together with a love of lighting and camerawork. He also does aerial filming and has a commercial CAA drone licence.


Lloyd Earle

Lloyd is a photojournalistic photographer who is excellent at bringing businesses to life and capturing stand-out moments at corporate events. He also has a flair for headshots, food & drink, and is skilled at all aspects of commercial photography. Lloyd is naturally talented and finds out what is important to you before capturing your story through photography.

Our process usually starts with a free one-hour consultation, so we can find out more about your business and what your objectives are. We then prepare a proposal including a series of recommendations for you to review. This often results in clients choosing a retained service with us, involving a number of our services.

Some clients just want one or two of our services and may choose a package or agree a bespoke arrangement. We also undertake individual projects or campaigns on an ad hoc basis and provide a quote for the work up-front.
